Chinese Scrambled Eggs with Chives

Ingredients

* 1 1/2 - 2 ounces Chinese garlic chives (to make 1/3 cup chopped)
* 4 large eggs
* 1 1/2 teaspoons light soy sauce or up to 1/2 teaspoon salt
* freshly ground black or white pepper, to taste
* 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
* 2 tablespoons vegetable or peanut oil

Chinese Scrambled Eggs directions:

Wash and drain the garlic chives. Remove the hard ends and any wilted green leaves at the top and chop into 1-inch lengths until you have 1/3 cup (5 tablespoons).

Lightly beat the eggs. Add the soy sauce or salt,

1-teaspoon vegetable oil and pepper.

Heat a heavy skillet on medium high heat. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons oil, lifting the frying pan so that the oil covers the bottom of the pan. When the oil is hot, add the chives.

Stir-fry briefly, and then add the beaten egg mixture.

Reduce the heat to medium and gently scramble the eggs. Remove them from the heat when they are just done but still moist. Serve hot.

Fry Baby Corn

This vegetarian Chinese recipe with a nutritive ingredients, this hot fried baby corn can be served with sauce or chutney also, to make it more delicious.

Fry Baby Corn

Ingredients

10 baby corns
1tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp Chilli Powder
Salt according to taste
1 tbsp Corn flour
1 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp rice flour
Oil

Preparation

* Take pan and boil water in it
* Add baby corn in and boil it properly
* Separate water and corn and preserve it
* Take another bowl add ginger, garlic, salt and chilli powder in t
* After that add gram, corn and rice flour and mix them properly
* Then take another pan, add oil in and fry corn in the hot oil
* Serve hot with sauce

Serve it to 7-8 people

Sweet and Sour delicious Pork

Ingredients

2 Pound Pork
3/4 Cup green pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/ 2cup water
1Tablespoon bacon drippings
1/2 cup onion
1/2 chunked pineapple
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/3 cup vinegar



How to prepare

Cut the pork in strips and brown the pieces of bacon drippings. Reserve the juice of pineapple and stir cornstarch in water and add sugar, soy, vinegar and pineapple juice. Cook all these ingredients until they cook properly and get thick.


Add the sauce with pork and cook it for 1 hour, until it get cook properly and chill it whole night. And before serving, heat it little bit and add pepper, onion, pieces of pineapple and finally serve it with wild rice.

Serve to 4-5 people
